Not interesting to listen to, can't play it well, but think it's a good exercise for some surprisingly difficult finger combinations.
This lead part plays with simple 2-3 note combos of triads in multiple octaves. Some examples:
Playing with arpeggios with an eery chord structure that shifts keys--from what to what, I don't know! However, the way I'm thinking about it is moving back and forth between G major and G minor: GM7 Em#5 Eflat (G Eflat D C G walk down) D EFlat D Eflat.
This idea starts with a very standard pentatonic/blues idea in Bm, but aims to move slightly out of that traditional spot, mixing bending, open hammer-ons, and a little A major triad run.
This idea (really is an exercise) was designed to work on long runs up and down the neck. The goal is to get out of the habit of just doing short bursts when playing lead. The part is not particularly musical, but will get you to think about how you move around and about efficient fingering combinations.
